A motion is needed to adopt Resolution #552, Redstone Township will be loaning the Redstone Township Sewer Authority $150,000.00 to pay off an interim loan at 4 ¼%.
A motion is needed to adopt the Tentative Budget for 2024 and to advertise in the legal ads that the Tentative Budget will be available for inspection from 9am-12pm and 1-3pm until the final adoption at the December 13, 2023 meeting.
On December 2, 2023 from 2pm-7pm, there will be a Community Christmas Festival hosted by Tower Hill Christian Church. The church submitted proof of insurance which was required.
An invoice was submitted to the Redstone Township Board of Supervisors from Fayette EMS in the amount of $15,378.00 along with a letter requesting financial help.
Redstone Township will be entering into an agreement with T&B Excavating to apply for a grant for reclamation work in the Red Hill area of Grindstone.
The Reorganizational Meeting for Redstone Township is scheduled for January 2, 2024 at 8:00 am.
The Auditors Meeting is scheduled for January 3, 2024 at 7:00 am.
FYI…Redstone Park walking trail- Redevelopment Authority received bids with Redstone Excavating being the low bidder.
FYI…The Redstone Township Recreation Center will be open for walkers on Monday, November 13, 2023.

George Matis made a motion to amend Agenda #10 by adding 1 topic for discussion, second by Michael Cetera.

A motion is needed to enter into an agreement with Hoffman Kennels for the year 2024/2025 for dog law enforcement at a rate of $300.00 per month. Emergency after hour calls will be billed at $100.00 per call. The contract is a 2 year contract.
Discuss a letter received from Tower Hill Christian Church about a road closure for a Christmas Festival in Republic.

The 2024 Budget is currently being prepared for tentative adoption at the November meeting.
FYI… Fall Clean Up in Redstone Township is scheduled for Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
FYI…Trick-or-Treating in Redstone Township will be on Saturday, October 28 from 1-3pm. Porch light is to be turned on if handing out treats.
Police report for the month of September was submitted by Chief Troy Rice.
George Matis started an application today thru a Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant program for assistance with purchasing a new plow truck. Motion needed to adopt Resolution #551, authorizing Michael Cetera and George Matis as signers for the grant. There will be a $100 fee to apply.

Motion needed to adopt Resolution #550, Approving the Community Development Block Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2023, including a three-year Community Development Plan.
Motion needed to approve the Board of Supervisors purchasing property at the Fayette County Tax sale.
Motion for no parking on the One-Way Business section of Main Street in Republic from 2am-7am.
A PennDOT resolution will be needed for an extension of funds for the Stone Church Road Bridge Project.
